Scientific Overview

Happy Heart Super pairs two standardized botanical extracts with magnesium, taurine, and vitamin K2. Each ingredient has human trial evidence behind it. Several of those trials used higher doses than Super provides, bergamot has been tested only in combination with other extracts, and the evidence for Dyglofit comes from small studies that have not been independently replicated. Super itself has not been tested in a controlled trial. Every dose is disclosed.

Taurine is one of the most abundant free amino acids in cardiac tissue and takes part in calcium handling and osmoregulation.

Vitamin K2 as MK-7 activates matrix Gla protein, which inhibits calcium deposition in the arterial wall.
