Most adults in the United States consume less than the Estimated Average Requirement for several nutrients the body cannot make. In national survey data, intake from food alone falls short in about 96 percent of adults for vitamin D, 87 percent for vitamin E, 55 percent for magnesium, and 46 percent for vitamin C. Regular cannabis users have also shown lower vitamin D and folate status in published cohort data. Happy Health Core supplies those nutrients in forms the body uses directly, at doses set to close the gap. Solprana's founders take Core daily and have tracked their own response in a founder-led pilot. A controlled trial has not yet been done. The evidence behind the formula, including its limits, is set out in the Solprana Library article Happy Health Core and the Nutrient Gaps It Closes.

How it works
-
01
B vitamins are the coenzymes through which cells convert glucose, fatty acids, and amino acids into ATP. Core supplies them in active forms, including riboflavin-5′-phosphate, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate, methylcobalamin, and Quatrefolic® 5-MTHF folate, which bypass conversion steps that vary between individuals.
-
02
ATP is biologically active chiefly as a magnesium–ATP complex, and magnesium is a cofactor in more than 300 enzymatic reactions. Core provides 200 mg as buffered bisglycinate chelate, a form that is well absorbed and well tolerated.
-
03
Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption, and vitamin K–dependent proteins direct that calcium toward bone. Vitamin C regenerates vitamin E after it neutralizes lipid radicals, and zinc and selenium serve as cofactors for the body’s own antioxidant enzymes.
